MS Healthy Living Program

The MS Healthy Living Program focuses on health and wellness through exercise, learning about MS and building social networks of support among people living with MS in the Greater Delaware Valley.

The MS Healthy Living Program meets weekly and focuses on health and wellness through exercise, learning about MS and building social networks of support among people living with MS in the Greater Delaware Valley. This program meets every Thursday morning from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Magee’s Riverfront Outpatient Center at 1500 South Columbus Boulevard in Philadelphia.

The MS Healthy Living Program assists those living with Multiple Sclerosis by providing education on topics of interest as well as group exercise classes that focus on cardiovascular health, resistance training, core strengthening, and stretching. Other activities include yoga, Zumba, dance movement therapy, cognitive activities and art therapy. The program cost is $8 monthly. In addition, the benefits of participating in the program also include a reduced membership fee to Magee’s wellness gym.
