ReelAbilities Film Festival Brings Disability to the Big Screen

Looking for something awesome to do in Philly this weekend? Check out the ReelAbilities Philadelphia Disabilities Film Festival now through April 28. Presented by the Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Greater Philadelphia and sponsored in part by Magee, this film festival is dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of the lives, stories and artistic expressions of people with different disabilities. The award-winning films, all written by or about people with disabilities, are presented at a number of venues throughout the Philadelphia area.

Be sure to check out closing ceremonies at Old York Road Temple-Beth Am in Abington, PA this Sunday, April 28 for the premiere of Mabul (The Flood).
