Former Patient Ather Sharif Brings Accessibility Conference to Philly

Thanks to former Magee patient Ather Sharif, a brand new conference devoted entirely to accessibility is premiering in Philadelphia this spring.

The Accessible World Conference is set for April 28-29, 2016 at the Free Library of Philadelphia at 1901 Vine Street.

TAW Conference will provide a platform for students, professionals, and researchers to share their work on making the world a more accessible place. The conference will feature six different tracks: Technology, Education, Media, Healthcare, Recreation, and Policy and Public Sector, with a mix of lightning talks (15 mins. max) and longer keynote addresses.

If you are interested in attending TAW Conference, there is an early bird discount on registration now through March 1. Visit TheAccessibleWorld.com.

Congrats, Ather, on what’s sure to be a fascinating conference!
