Magee provides eligible employees with a Pension Plan that will provide a retirement benefit to supplement social security benefits.

An employee who works at least 1,000 hours per year are eligible to be enrolled.

The vesting period is five years of service and the benefit is based on the employee's salary history, years of service, and age.

The normal retirement benefit is payable at age 65, however, a reduced pension prior to age 65 may be possible based on eligibly.

Magee Rehabilitation contributes the full cost of the pension plan. More information is available in the Summary Plan Description located on Magee's Intranet.
