Full Time Employees

Reimbursement is provided to full-time, regular employees for courses which are work-related or used within the organization.

Undergraduate students must complete the course with a grade of "C" or better. Maximum benefits for undergraduate courses are up to $2,500 per year.

Graduate students are compensated up to $5,000 per year for graduate courses. Graduate students must complete the course with a grade of "B" or better.

Part Time Employees

Reimbursement for part-time employees regularly scheduled to work 40 or more, but less than 80 hours bi-weekly are eligible to receive tuition reimbursement on a pro-rated bases, according to budgeted hours.

Reimbursement is up to a maximum of two courses per semester.

Employees who receive tuition reimbursements are expected to remain in an eligible position for a minimum of 12 months after completing the course.
