Each month, the Health & Wellness Center at Magee Riverfront honors one of its clients as the “Wellness Triumph of the Month.” Today, meet Rochell.
Three years ago, Rochell Magliocco was rushed to the hospital with meningitis. Once there, the doctors also diagnosed her with Neurological Behcets Syndrome that severely affected her ability to walk. After inpatient and outpatient therapy, Rochell joined the Health & Wellness Center at Magee Riverfront in December 2016. In Wellness, she likes to use the RT-200 stim bike, Multi-Trainer, powder board, total gym, and the Ekso walk-suit with PT Liz Watson. Rochell currently works as a part-time optician and takes care of her son, Little Ang. During the summer, she loves to spend time at her shore house in Margate, NJ. Rochell says she believes that everybody should “live life to the fullest.”
