Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a Healthy “Shamrock Smoothie”!

Looking for a healthy way to kick off St. Patrick’s Day? This green treat has all of the frosty, minty flavor of a Shamrock Shake, without all of the calories and without the guilt! This recipe does not require a leprechaun’s magic to make – just follow the easy steps below.

Ingredients

• ½ frozen banana
• 1 cup skim milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
• 1 cup spinach
• ½ tsp of vanilla extract
• 1 drops of mint extract
• 1 cup ice

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Garnish with cool whip, if desired
4. Enjoy!
